MomsWell Virtual Yoga Classes are led by Vanessa Michel an experienced prenatal and postnatal Yoga Teacher and Birth Doula. These yoga classes for pregnant & new moms are specially designed to help you find some peace and calm through gentle stretches that provide much-needed relief to your evolving body. 

 

Come practice postures that ready you for birth or to help you balance and restore as a new parent and enjoy the gentle movements, breath, and relaxation. No previous yoga experience needed.

Vanessa is a certified birth doula, a childbirth educator and an experienced Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher.  Her goal is to support, educate, empower and nurture families throughout the prenatal and postnatal period.
